The Implementation of Maintenance System in Malaysia’s Public Housing at Kota Bharu, Kelantan

Establishing an effective maintenance system in public housing buildings is essential ensuring the building operates optimally and enhances residents' satisfaction. However, management Malaysian considered low, particularly on leaky roofs, dysfunctional elevators obstructed pipes. Consequently, deterioration of facilities services makes residents dissatisfied. study aims to determine current implementation effectiveness for byfocusing satisfaction level practice personnel. Surveys were conducted with personnel from Projek Perumahan Rakyat Kota Bharu's housing. A total 230 questionnaires valid analyzed rank towards residential buildings. The data was using Mean Analysis Statistical Package Social Science (SPSS). result revealed that are satisfied system's performance, electrical as most satisfying performance rated by residents, compared other aspects factors, a mean score 3.94. several system, namely cleaning services, security time repairing defects, still need improvement enhance quality Malaysia.
